Program – Main Speaker – Bill Dallam who was on site in Nagasaki, 3 weeks after the bombing in 1945 with the Navy to measure radiation
Music, Liturgical Dance, Readings, Prayer, Proclamations from the Mayor and Governor, launching of candle boats into the Susquehanna River at sunset.
No fee. People will need to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets
